Retrofit LA brings together community organizations, housing operators, and financial institutions to preserve and strengthen affordable housing portfolios across Los Angeles. Through strategic building improvements, we help organizations protect their operational capacity, extend the life of their properties, and continue serving their communities for generations to come.

Our approach to resiliency is not as an isolated sustainability goal, but a critical component of the affordable housing preservation strategy.
In an environment of rising costs, depleting reserves, and increasing maintenance demands, comprehensive retrofits offer a pathway to organizational stability and long-term viability.
We're helping multifamily affordable housing owners and operators:
