Retrofit LA brings together community organizations, housing operators, and financial institutions to preserve and strengthen affordable housing portfolios across Los Angeles. Through strategic building improvements, we help organizations protect their operational capacity, extend the life of their properties, and continue serving their communities for generations to come.
